This is a fully office-based position where you’ll play a vital role in coordinating operations, supporting engineers, and ensuring seamless day-to-day processes.
Key Responsibilities- Support quoting, planning, and scheduling of works
- Liaise with customers and suppliers via phone and email
- Provide administrative and operational support to the wider team
- Coordinate job schedules and ensure accurate documentation
- Maintain internal systems and support general office operations
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
