We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team on a part-time basis (approximately 30 hours per week). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, developing sales opportunities, and supporting business growth within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Working closely with customers and colleagues across the business, you will play a key role in driving sales activity while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and sales orders, providing a professional and responsive service at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to increase sales and develop accounts.
  • Proactively follow up quotations, leads, and enquiries to maximise conversion rates and support revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the wider sales team to support business development initiatives and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and sales information within the company’s CRM and ERP systems.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and customer expectations are met.
  • Produce sales reports and pipeline updates, contributing ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
