An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to join a growing and dynamic organisation. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and contributing to strategic business goals. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the overall employee experience, supporting both operational and strategic HR functions. Working closely with senior management, the HR Manager will provide expert advice, drive engagement initiatives, and ensure that HR practices align with organisational growth and development plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing expert advice on complex HR matters, including employee relations and performance issues
  • Managing and resolving sensitive cases, supporting conflict resolution and ensuring best practice is followed
  • Developing, implementing, and continuously improving HR policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with current employment legislation and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring data integrity across HR systems
  • Monitoring and analysing HR metrics, producing reports to support decision-making
  • Leading and delivering employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture
  • Supporting senior leadership with strategic HR planning and organisational development

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of three years' HR experience, ideally within a management capacity
  • Experience working within organisations of 50+ employees
  • A CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification (or currently working towards)
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous, particularly if travel between sites is required.
