We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Coordinator to join a well-established and successful business.
This is a varied and important role, coordinating client projects from initial enquiry through to supply, installation and completion.
You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, site teams and internal departments to ensure everything runs smoothly and customers receive an excellent level of service.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients, site teams and suppliers to confirm specifications, measurements and schedules
- Process orders using the company’s order entry system
- Coordinate the supply and installation of client projects
- Place and track supplier orders, monitoring lead times
- Coordinate deliveries, installation dates and project schedules
- Proactively resolve any issues that may affect project deadlines
- Manage project aftercare and follow up on snagging requirements
- Take calls from clients regarding new enquiries and snagging items
- Ensure paperwork, drawings and project details are complete and accurate
- Maintain accurate records of projects and quotations
- Create invoices for completed projects and liaise with the Accounts team
- Provide updates and support to the Commercial Director, Operations Manager and project teams
- Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers and colleagues
- Ensure projects remain organised, on track and delivered efficiently
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working to deadlines
About You
- Previous experience in a coordination or administration role
- Experience within construction, interiors or glass would be advantageous but is not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive and solution-focused approach
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and competing deadlines
- A positive, collaborative and team-focused attitude
- Passion for delivering a great customer experience
What's on Offer?
