We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team on a part‑time basis (approximately 30 hours per week). Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and sales orders, providing a professional and responsive service at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to increase sales and develop accounts.
- Proactively follow up quotations, leads, and enquiries to maximise conversion rates and support revenue growth.
- Work closely with the wider sales team to support business development initiatives and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and sales information within the company's CRM and ERP systems.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and customer expectations are met.
- Produce sales reports and pipeline updates, contributing ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
