Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organised Sales Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills within a supportive environment, with full training provided. The role is available due to an upcoming departure at the end of April, and we are ideally looking for someone who can start beforehand to ensure a smooth handover. This role is suited to someone who is comfortable working in a more traditional office environment and enjoys a varied administrative position.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and responding to all incoming customer enquiries
- Processing sales orders using Sage
- Creating and managing work orders
- Booking transport via company website
- Providing general administrative support across the business
- Covering additional administrative duties during holiday periods
Skills & Experience
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic IT proficiency (training on internal systems will be provided)
