An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join a successful and well-established business. You will coordinate projects from initial order through to completion, working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly and to schedule. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate projects from order through to completion. * Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep projects on track. * Process orders and maintain accurate project records. * Arrange deliveries, appointments and completion dates. * Monitor supplier orders and delivery timescales. * Manage customer enquiries and resolve any outstanding issues. * Ensure project paperwork and documentation is accurate and up to date. * Prepare invoices and liaise with the accounts team. * Provide regular progress updates to management. * Identify and resolve issues quickly and proactively.
