The Project Manager is responsible for planning, co‑ordinating, and delivering cross‑functional projects across Trinity College London’s UK and international markets. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards within the organisation’s project governance framework. This is a hands‑on delivery role, supporting the implementation of change and improvement initiatives across products, services, and operations.   • Demonstrable experience delivering end‑to‑end projects/products within a multi‑stakeholder environment.
  • Proven experience delivering business and technology change initiatives in structured governance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, reporting, risk management, and financial control.
  • Experience working within a programme or portfolio structure, including preparation of materials for boards and steering groups.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust at all levels.
  • Strong communicator, able to explain plans, risks, and decisions clearly, particularly to non‑technical audiences.
  • Collaborative and inclusive, balancing multiple perspectives to guide teams toward workable, value‑driven solutions.
  • Analytical and data‑driven, with the ability to interpret information to support planning and decision‑making.
