About the role

In this role, you will support the operational delivery of our EQA qualifications, including Arts Award. You will be supporting customers to enter candidates for Arts Award/EQA qualifications via our online systems and provide Trinity with their assessment information timely and accurately. You will also be responsible for supporting the delivery of the moderation and monitoring programmes that underpin the quality assurance framework for our Arts Award/EQA qualifications. This role requires organising and coordinating moderations, providing operational support to the monitoring programme, and dealing with a range of customer queries and requests. Additionally, you will complete a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate the end-to-end operational delivery of EQA qualifications.

This role is a 12 months fixed-term contract, part-time working 3 days per week during regular office opening hours from 9am-5pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

About you

  • Very good administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience, understanding of and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Experience of working in a customer facing role on email and phone, and ability to communicate well through these mediums; good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, including experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Experience of working with data processing systems and handling data
  • Experience of using technology and online platforms, and the ability to support customers to engage with technology
  • Attention to detail and ability to carry out a variety of office administrative tasks quickly and accurately
  • Ability to understand new systems and processes quickly
  • Ability to organise own workload, prioritise and multitask
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to use initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and cope with periods of high workload
  • A team player with a positive "can do" attitude, and at the same time able to work independently and be responsible for own remit of work
