Trinity College London is looking for a Business Architect to take responsibility for defining and shaping the business architecture across the organisation’s Digital & Technology Transformation portfolio. You will ensure that business processes, capabilities and operating models are defined and aligned to organisational strategy and objectives.
You will work closely with Project Managers, Change Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are designed and implemented in a way that delivers measurable business value.
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Business Architecture and Capability Modelling
- Process Design and Operating Model Alignment
- Alignment with Technology and Delivery Teams
- Change and Transformation Support
- Governance, Standards, and Assurance
About you
The Business Architect will need to be resilient and adaptable in a dynamic transformation environment with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders.
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in business architecture, process design, or operating model development
- Demonstrable experience working on large-scale system or organisational change initiatives.
- Experience aligning business processes, capabilities, and technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business process design and optimisation.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical delivery requirements.
- Professional certifications in Business Architecture, TOGAF, or equivalent frameworks are desirable.
