About the role
We\’re looking for an experienced IT Quality & Assurance Test Analyst to help ensure our digital platforms and enterprise systems are reliable and fit for purpose. You\’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality and performance of our ERP/CRM systems and wider IT infrastructure, helping us deliver technology that supports Trinity\’s strategic goals. This will be achieved through various responsibilities including structured testing methodologies and collaborating across agile delivery teams and with external partners.
About you
We are looking for someone who has a degree in a related discipline such as Computer Science or Information Systems. You will have demonstrable experience in software testing roles within agile delivery environments. Other key skills to succeed in this role include:
- Strong understanding of web platforms, backend integrations, and cloud-hosted services
- Skilled across the full testing lifecycle
- Excellent defect management and traceability practices, with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable working with offshore and vendor teams to uphold quality standards and delivery timelines
