About the role

The Facilities Officer is responsible for providing day‑to‑day operational support to ensure smooth running of office facilities at Upper Ground and assisting other Trinity teams/locations with general office services. This role is structured as a Level 2 Facilities Services Operative Apprenticeship, leading to a Level 2 Certificate in Facilities Principles provided by the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management. Candidates must hold Grade A‑C GCSE level qualifications in English and Maths, and commit to completing the full apprenticeship programme (15 months) as a condition of appointment.
