About the role
Trinity College London is looking for a Change Manager to lead, plan, and embed business change across the organisation's technology and operational initiatives. In the role of Change Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and embedding change management capability within Trinity. This is a hands-on role where stakeholder management, ownership, and communication are key. You will work closely alongside project managers, product owners and various teams across the business to deliver and embed change into business-as-usual operations.
Key accountabilities will include but are not limited to:
- Change Planning
- Stakeholder Management
- Change Readiness and Adoption
- Governance, Reporting and Risk Management
About you
We are looking for someone who is resilient and adaptable in an ever-evolving work environment. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills through influencing stakeholders and promoting effective change practices.
Skills and experience required for this role include:
- Proven experience delivering change management activities
- Demonstrable experience supporting large-scale system or organisational change initiatives
- Experience working alongside Project Managers and PMO functions
- Strong understanding of change impact assessment and adoption planning
- Experience developing and delivering communication and training strategies
- Ability to measure and track change adoption and benefits realisation
- Professional certifications such as APM Change Management, Prosci, or equivalent are desirable
