We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Compliance Officer to join our Works (Maintenance) Department to ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance across our property portfolio. You will oversee key areas including gas, electrical, water management, asbestos, fire compliance and CDM, ensuring robust systems, accurate records, and a strong safety culture.

You will play a vital part in driving a strong culture of maintenance safety and compliance, working closely with internal teams, contractors, and the College's Health and Safety team.
