Trinity College Cambridge is seeking an organised Works Property Compliance Officer to support statutory and regulatory compliance across the College’s property and works activities. The role focuses on CDM, gas safety, electrical safety, fire safety and water management, developing policies and maintaining records to ensure ongoing compliance and safe operations.

Reporting to the Director of Works, you will audit processes, monitor KPIs, support internal audits and work with managers.
