The Alumni Relations and Development team at Trinity College seek a confident, friendly and motivated individual to join our thriving office in the role of an Alumni Communications and Publications Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and busy office planning to launch Trinity’s first fundraising campaign and to develop compelling and insightful content for our alumni community.
The office works with Fellows, alumni, friends and donors and is responsible for organising communications, events and fundraising for College priority initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional with extensive experience in all media.
The Alumni Communications and Publications Officer has responsibility for the editing and production of printed and online alumni publications including: the College’s Annual Record, the alumni magazine The Fountain, and monthly e-newsletter, and event and fundraising literature. They also maintain the alumni website and manage social media content overseen by the office.
This is envisaged as a full time role (36.25 hours per week with an unpaid lunchbreak of ¾ of an hour). However, applications for part time hours of 0.8 FTE will be considered. If this is of interest to you please indicate this in your application.
