About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll act as the vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams—ensuring ideas, requirements, and challenges are translated into effective, high‑quality solutions. You’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement across the business, helping to enhance customer experience, optimise operations, and deliver strong financial performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather, analyse, and document requirements
  • Ensure requirements are clear, validated, traceable, and aligned to business goals
  • Review and analyse current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains
  • Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Testers throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Maintain a strong feedback loop with the Lead Business Analyst and Product Owner
  • Challenge and refine requirements to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Support the delivery of solutions that enhance customer journeys and business performance
  • Act as a key point of contact between the Product Delivery Team and wider business stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role (ideally within IT or digital products)
  • Experience working on customer‑facing platforms (insurance or financial services experience is advantageous)
  • Solid understanding of the end‑to‑end product delivery lifecycle
  • Exposure to data analysis or reporting tools
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
  • Relevant IT/Business Analysis qualifications
