About the Role
We’re looking for a committed and proactive Skilled Labourer to support our restoration teams with a range of maintenance and repair tasks following fire, water, and accidental damage.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and maintaining clean, safe work environments.
- Assisting with strip‑out works, lifting and shifting materials, and supporting basic repairs.
- Using hand tools and power tools safely under supervision.
- Organising and managing tools, materials, and van stock.
- Reporting hazards, issues, or additional repairs needed to supervisors.
- Communicating professionally with residents and team members on site.
- Supporting the team in maintaining high health and safety standards.
Key Requirements
- Experience working in construction, maintenance, or restoration roles.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of building works and site safety practices.
- A strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
- A CSCS card (required).
- A full UK driving licence (preferred).
- Manual handling and asbestos awareness training (desirable – can be provided).
