At Trinity Claims, we’re entering a pivotal period of transformation — and we’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who’s ready to step into a high-impact, strategic role. This is not a transactional HR position. We’re looking for a challenger, a critical thinker, and a trusted advisor who can partner with operational leaders to drive performance, efficiency, and long-term capability.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to embed people strategies that enable commercial success and a high-performance culture. Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives that align with operational and commercial goals.

Leading thinking on organisation design, workforce planning, and optimal talent deployment. Coaching leaders through complex employee issues and building management capability. Collaborating on the design and delivery of continuous improvement projects.

You’ll need to be commercially aware and deeply people-focused — able to bridge the gap between business needs and people priorities.

  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Confident using HR systems and interpreting people data.
  • ~5+ years in a strategic, business-facing HR role — ideally within a fast-paced, change-heavy or regulated environment (insurance or financial services experience a plus).
  • ~ Solid experience in employee relations, performance management, and cultural transformation.
  • ~ Familiarity with HR systems and data-driven HR practices.

  • Discretionary performance related bonus
  • Life insurance cover
  • Enhanced company pension scheme
  • Employee of the month & employee of the year awards
  • Refer a Friend scheme
  • An extra day’s holiday for your birthday
  • Paid volunteering/charity day a year
  • Support in your development and wellbeing, including an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Eye test vouchers
  • Training and development opportunities at all levels through Trinity Academy and Apprenticeship programs
  • Social events

If you’re a strategic, courageous HR leader who’s ready to drive real impact — we want to hear from you.
