This is not a transactional HR position. We’re looking for a challenger, a critical thinker, and a trusted advisor who can partner with operational leaders to drive performance, efficiency, and long-term capability. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to embed people strategies that enable commercial success and a high-performance culture. Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives that align with operational and commercial goals. Leading thinking on organisation design, workforce planning, and optimal talent deployment. Coaching leaders through complex employee issues and building management capability. Collaborating on the design and delivery of continuous improvement projects. You’ll need to be commercially aware and deeply people-focused — able to bridge the gap between business needs and people priorities. Strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills.
