About Us

Key Responsibilities
- Installing and repairing kitchens and bathrooms, including units, worktops, sinks, toilets, showers, tiling, and flooring
- Carrying out associated plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical tasks
- Working in homes with care, respect, and attention to detail
- Sourcing materials and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, ideally in one visit
- Assessing damage and identifying practical solutions or additional work needed
- Recording job details, materials, and completed work using a PDA or paperwork
- Working closely with supervisors and the wider Trinity Claims team
- Following all health & safety procedures and wearing the correct PPE
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and your work vehicle
- Attending training sessions and toolbox talks as required
Key Requirements
- Proven experience fitting and repairing kitchens and/or bathrooms
- Strong skills in plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and basic electrical work
- A relevant trade qualification and/or solid hands-on experience
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
- Confidence using PDAs or similar devices
