You will own the end-to-end process—from initial assessment to final settlement—covering buildings, contents and alternative accommodation, with a calm, empathetic customer approach.
You’ll conduct site visits, verify estimates, determine liability, and lead contractors and experts to a fair resolution. Travel to policyholders’ homes may be required.
