About The Role
We are looking for a talented and proactive BI Engineer to join our Data & Reporting team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and BI solutions that support business intelligence and operational reporting needs. You’ll play a key role in the development of our Azure-based data infrastructure and Power BI ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines to support automated data ingestion and transformation from various internal and external sources
- Design, build, and optimize Power BI datasets and reports, using best practices for performance and scalability
- Integrate data from diverse sources including Azure Blob Storage, File Systems, APIs, and SFTP
- Troubleshoot and improve existing ETL/ELT workflows to ensure data reliability and integrity
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather BI requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Perform ad-hoc data queries and support advanced Excel reporting as needed
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for data flows, processes, and reports
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance BI system performance and usability
- Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards are upheld across reporting processes
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver consistent, scalable, and reusable BI solutions
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a BI Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role
- Experience working in cloud‑based BI and data integration environments
- Strong analytical and logical problem‑solving skills
