We\’re looking for a proactive BI Engineer to join our Data & Reporting team. In this role, you’ll design and maintain robust data pipelines and BI solutions using Azure Data Factory and Power BI, helping deliver clear, actionable insights across the business.
What You’ll Do
As a BI Engineer, you’ll support the development of our Azure-based data infrastructure and help deliver clean, scalable business intelligence solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain ADF pipelines for automated data integration.
- Develop scalable Power BI dashboards and datasets.
- Work with APIs, SFTP, Blob Storage, and other data sources.
- Optimise ETL/ELT workflows for reliability and performance.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support ad hoc queries and reporting in Power BI and Excel.
- Document data flows and processes.
- Champion data quality, governance, and system improvement.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a data-driven professional with a keen eye for detail and a drive to create high-quality BI solutions. You\’ll thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- 2+ years in BI/Data Engineering or similar role.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Power BI (DAX, M), and ADF.
- Strong Excel proficiency.
- Experience with APIs, SFTP, and cloud data sources.
- Analytical mindset, clear communicator, and self-starter.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
In Return, We Can Offer You
Basic Salary £38,000 – £42,000 (DOE) as well as market leading benefits.
25 days Annual leave plus statutory holidays.
