We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with good communication skills to join our team of Exam Invigilators on a casual basis to supervise students undertaking school examinations at various times during the academic year. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Issuing and retrieving examination papers
- Supervising candidates during examinations
- Responding to queries during examinations
Duties and Scheduling
The exams seasons normally fall in:
- Main Exams
- PPEs (Pre-Public examinations)
- November Resits (English & Maths)
- January
- Most of May and June
- February and July
Requirements
- Be flexible, well-organised, reliable and punctual
- Have good availability and commitment to support the exams department during the exams sessions
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team under the guidance of the Exams Administrator and Lead Invigilator
- Experience of working in a school would be an advantage
