We wish to appoint a full-time Teacher of Economics or Head of Department (HoD) Economics to cover maternity leave. This is to teach KS4 & KS5 with some Business classes. This post is available September 2026. The candidate will also have the responsibility of KS4 Coordinator.

Economics and Business classes are taught in mixed ability groups from Year 10 onwards. Students follow the AQA syllabus at A-level for Economics and Business. Students follow the AQA syllabus for GCSE Business. Students follow the OCR syllabus for GCSE Economics. The Economics and Business department achieve outstanding results at both key stages.
