Role Overview
Trinity Catholic College is seeking a Senior Behaviour Lead to join our senior leadership team and champion an effective, whole‑school culture of Behaviour for Learning and Safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction of behaviour across all key stages, ensure rigorous monitoring of standards, and manage the deployment of resources to meet our students' behavioural and emotional needs.
- Support the Headteacher in shaping the strategic direction of the school with a focus on behaviour, contributing directly to school improvement and self‑evaluation processes.
- Provide strategic oversight for Alternative Provision, line manage Pupil Engagement Officers, and work closely with the Enhanced Learning Provision team.
- Deliver high‑quality training and coaching to staff, raising standards of behaviour management across the school community.
- Lead Vulnerable Learner and Local Authority Triage meetings to coordinate robust, multi‑agency support.
- Maintain, develop, and evaluate the school's Behaviour Policy while rigorously analysing performance data to target interventions.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people within the school as a core priority.
