Salary

Β£29,071 to Β£30,515 pro rata

Contract

Fixed term to 31/08/2027 in the first instance, Part time 21 hours

Qualifications

  • Educated to a minimum of level 3 essential
  • Educated to A level/NVQ 3

Experience

  • Record keeping, data entry, and report preparation
  • Customer service skills and a professional front-of-house manner
  • Problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced school environment
  • Excellent IT skills, including HR/payroll systems, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience maintaining HR, payroll or Management Information Systems (MIS)

Experience/Knowledge

  • Knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance
  • Ability to manage schedules, resources, and logistics efficiently

Qualifications

  • Business administration qualifications an advantage

Relevant Experience

  • Team collaboration and support for teaching and leadership staff

Relevant Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff, parents, and external agencies essential
  • Effective time management and organisational abilities essential
  • Commitment to inclusion, equality, and safeguarding essential
  • Proficiency in IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and school needs
