We wish to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking teaching assistant to join our friendly, inclusive school, to support SEND children on a 1:1 basis.
The successful candidate will have a clear commitment to promoting the well‑being of all the children in our care and to raising standards.
Trinity Catholic College is part of the Nicholas Postgate Catholic Academy Trust, a family of 32 primary schools and 6 secondary schools. With more than 12,300 pupils and 1,500 plus staff, the Trust is now one of the largest Catholic Multi Academy Trusts in the UK.
We are looking for a teaching assistant who:
- Will promote our friendly Catholic ethos, and will work as part of a committed team.
- Will be an excellent practitioner with high expectations for children in their learning and behaviour.
- Provide tailored support to pupils in both classroom and individual settings.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists and other professionals to support pupil progress.
- Contribute towards creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Support pupils with personal care and physical needs where required.
- Have the ability to form positive, professional and effective relationships with colleagues across school, other professionals and parents/carers.
- Will have a commitment to innovation, creativity and inclusion.
