We're looking for a General Manager for the Trinity Arms in Brixton. This pub is a real mix of tradition with the modern, and comes complete with inside and outside beer gardens, an upstairs function room and a fantastic main bar area. The customers are a vibrant mix of locals, gig-goers, and Brixton visitors. Although at heart this is a community pub, it is very much a Brixton community pub and the vision and design reflect this.

The ideal candidate is as comfortable running a cosy Sunday Lunch service as they are being 3 deep at the bar and having conversations with regulars.

Running a Pub for Young's: We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual, and so we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp on our businesses. We're all about freedom within a framework - you decide what goes on the food menu, tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with your business vision. You decide what events and sales driving to do, what the team uniform is, and look after all your own recruitment and marketing.
