About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the operation — leading from the front and helping deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing team
  • Deliver outstanding food and drink service standards
  • Support with rotas, recruitment, training & development
  • Take ownership of stock, labour, pricing, and P&L performance
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance
  • Be a strong ambassador for great hospitality and service excellence
  • Bring energy, personality, and consistency to the venue

We’re looking for someone hands-on, confident, and genuinely passionate about hospitality.
