What the job involves
- Strategically lead the direction and development of the academy in line with its ethos and vision
- Contribute to the management of academy resources
- Monitor, evaluate and review outcomes in relation to pupil progress
- Support the creation and implementation of the academy improvement plan
- Take responsibility for delegated aspects of the improvement plan
- Provide professional leadership and management of teaching and learning across the academy
- Support staff in achieving the priorities and targets set
