Fulltime in accordance with Teachers' Pay and Conditions, pay scale is relevant toproven and relevant teaching experience. This position also attracts an SENAllowance.
Thesuccessful candidate should have QTS/QTLS, with excellent classroom managementskills, the ability to inspire and motivate learners in an SEMH setting andexperience of liaising and forging links with employers.
A DfE recognised and relevant teaching qualification.
Evidence of excellent classroom practice
Experience of working with students with complex needs includingASD and learningdifficulties.
A good, up to date working knowledge and understanding of teaching, learning and behaviour management strategies.
Evidence of appropriate, relevant and on-going professionaldevelopment and training.
Good written communication skills.
