ServiceNow Developer - Central London - ServiceNow, ITSM, JavaScript, Glide API, Integration Hub
TrinIT Talent are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to come on board for a 6 month contract based in Central London. This role falls Out of Scope of IR35 and is paying £350 per day.
Job Description:-
Our client, a large enterprise IT function, needs an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build out and support their ITSM platform. You will be developing, configuring and customising ServiceNow, and working across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalogue and SLA Management.
Day to day you will be writing solutions using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts and Flow Designer. There is a decent amount of integration work too, using REST, SOAP and Integration Hub, plus ongoing work on CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalogue and Service Portal.
You will sit close to the business, gathering requirements and turning them into something that actually scales. Testing, troubleshooting, deployments and documentation all sit with you as well. Hybrid, with 2 days a week on site in central London.
Key skills:-
- 5 to 7 years hands on ServiceNow development, with 7 to 12+ years total IT experience
- 3+ years of ITSM implementation experience
- Strong JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes and Flow Designer
- Integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services and Integration Hub
- CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalogue and Service Portal configuration
- Good grasp of ITIL process, Incident, Problem, Change, Request and SLA Management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS-ITSM are preferred
