TrinIT Talent are looking for an experienced SQL Database Administrator to come on board for an initial contract based in London (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). This role falls Inside IR35 and is paying £400 per day.

We are looking for an experienced SQL DBA to support database administration, platform transformation and infrastructure migration projects. You will be responsible for building, maintaining and upgrading SQL Server environments, supporting application migrations and ensuring highly available, secure and resilient database platforms.

Key Skills:

  • MUST HAVE CURRENT AND ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE
  • Strong SQL Server Administration experience (SQL Server).
  • Experience with Always On Availability Groups, Windows Clustering and High Availability/Disaster Recovery technologies.
  • Administration and deployment of SSRS, SSIS and SSAS.
  • SQL Server installation, upgrades, backup and recovery.
  • Experience supporting application, infrastructure and data centre migrations.
  • VMware virtualisation experience.
  • PowerShell Scripting and automation.
  • Experience working within Change and Incident Management processes.
  • Desirable experience with Active Directory, Commvault, SCOM, Jira, Confluence, BMC Remedy/Helix and Cloud Migration.
