Based in Queen’s Park, Tempo Golf Club is London’s indoor simulator golf club. Six Trackman bays, over 200 of the world’s finest courses, a fully stocked bar, and a coffee shop, where we serve great coffee.

We’re looking for an experienced and genuinely passionate Barista to join our F&B team. You’ll be a key part of what makes Tempo feel like Tempo, someone who takes real pride in their coffee, brings warmth to every interaction, and helps create the kind of atmosphere guests want to come back to. This isn’t a chain coffee shop. It’s a social venue with a distinct personality, and we want a Barista who gets that.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing and serving high-quality espresso-based drinks, matcha, and beverages to a consistent standard
  • Delivering a friendly, attentive, and relaxed guest experience across the coffee shop and golf bays
  • Keeping the coffee station clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout every shift
  • Supporting the wider FOH and bar team (it is not just a Barista role, we need a team player who enjoys getting stuck in)
  • Processing payments accurately via our POS system
  • Following all food safety, allergen, and hygiene standards
  • Helping with opening and close-down procedures

Hours & Availability

  • Working hours 32-40 hours p/ week
  • Opening hours from 6:30am
  • Weekend availability is essential; you must be available to work Saturday and Sunday
  • Working days are in line with WTR you will have 2 consecutive days off work

About You

  • Previous barista experience (at least 1 year)
  • Confident and capable on specialty coffee equipment
  • Passionate about coffee, good service, and great atmospheres
  • Calm under pressure, good at multitasking, and reliable
  • A team player - collaborative, punctual, and easy to work with
  • Warm, approachable, and professional with guests
  • Open to feedback and keen to keep developing your skills
  • Food hygiene certificate desirable but not essential
