For our team in UK/Ireland, we are currently looking for a Key Account Manager UK/Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously establish and develop business relationships with new and existing customers, expanding sales coverage of the company in UK & Ireland and providing strong service to the new and existing accounts.
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of the company's sales plan in UK & Ireland. Proactively find new accounts to develop additional business in the region.
- Identify and develop key accounts in the UK & Ireland markets. Negotiate and follow up on contracts.
- Manage the entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for all key accounts, staying in close contact with customers and the company's related internal departments.
- Communicate with customers on issues relating to their upcoming projects.
- Coordinate with Back Office to ensure availability and timely delivery of tracker solutions, and to advise customers of delivery status.
- Maintain close relationships and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic, and marketing support, and organise internal resources to meet those needs and identify new business opportunities.
- Analyse and monitor account customer data, and develop reports on a regular basis based on customer information and development trends.
- Ensure effective reporting of all activities under the managed accounts to the Regional Director on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Represent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences.
- Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customer benchmarking and technical and financial market requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years previous experience within a similar role in an international context in the PV sector.
- Bachelor's/Master's in Civil, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Strong bias for customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers.
- Proactive self-starter and problem solver.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Innovative, dynamic, and thrives under an ever-changing market.
- Self-motivated and able to effectively manage time.
