BESS Site Manager and be part of an exciting, challenging and dynamic work environment to proactively support the definition and implementation of the expansion strategy of the Project Business Unit in Europe.
- Main Responsibilities
- Supervise (from Owner side) all the on-site construction & commissioning works of all the Contractors (ICP, Bo P, BESS).
- Monitoring Quality compliance & strict execution timeline.
- Monitoring, control and manage the construction (up to date), in accordance with the schedule date of the contract.
- Prepare dayily/weekly report with the progress status of the work, deviations and most relevant tasks as well as the efficiency ratios according to the schedule.
- Supervising HSE compliance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in PV solar in the UK and at least 1 year at BESS in UK
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Driving License.
- Used to work autonomously.
- Availability to travel withing the UK.
- Availability to work on-site in Stoke-On Trent.
- Availability to start work by 15 September 2026 at the latest.
