  • Grow e‐commerce sales and market share against targets.
  • Manage and optimise the day‐to‐day operation of the Solid Print3D & 3DVerkstan ecommerce platforms (WooCommerce), within governance set by Group Marketing.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow online sales and improve the full customer experience from cart to checkout.
  • Evaluate and implement robust back‐end systems and processes for product catalogue management and inventory levels.
  • Improve product set‐up workflows and governance to enable scalable catalogue management across multiple brands and sites.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure accurate stock availability and fulfilment logic.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimise content for SEO and AI‐driven search (SERPs).
  • Work with Marketing to support and execute the AdWords strategy.
  • Analyse website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour to inform priorities and decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns, promotions, and content.
  • Oversee integrations with CRM, ERP, and logistics systems.
  • Proactively monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Report on KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Work with Operations and logistics to ensure efficient, profitable fulfilment.
  • Support expansion into new territories by launching and optimising e‐commerce for new markets, including localisation, pricing, fulfilment and performance tracking.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in e‐commerce growth and management, ideally in B2B or tech sectors.
  • Experience improving product catalogue management and stock control/inventory workflows is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of e‐commerce platforms (e.g. WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento).
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Data‐driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to data and process management.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords and conversion rate optimisation.
