This is not an IT support role or a standard call center position; you will function as a trusted peer to structural and civil engineering professionals, using your specialized technical domain knowledge to solve complex project challenges while transforming into a recognized Tekla software superuser.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level technical engineering support to Tekla software users through direct consultation and collaborative community forums.
- Build a global engineering knowledge base by authoring high-value technical support content for the Tekla User Assistance site.
- Collaborate directly with clients' structural and civil engineering teams to help them optimize workflows for complex, real-world infrastructure projects.
- Create, update, and deliver dynamic training courses at our Leeds training center and at customer sites across the UK and Ireland.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Professional experience utilizing Tekla Structural Designer and Tekla Tedds in engineering workflows.
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited university.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills combined with an aptitude to master new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English, with the ability to produce clear, structured technical text.
