What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with Trimble’s Sales Enablement team, product subject matter experts, and sales leadership to create engaging training content supporting onboarding, product launches, and enablement.
  • Lead onboarding check-in calls with new hires.
  • Prepare new hires with skills needed for success.
  • Develop new content and trainings to accelerate ramp-up time and increase sales.
  • Contribute to team process development; assist with tool administration; optimize tools and enablement delivery.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to product marketing and Sales Enablement standards.
  • Manage content in learning/content management systems and assign learners; coordinate event and ILT logistics.
  • Provide basic administration and training for sales enablement tools.

  • Proficiency in managing tasks with tools like Asana and Google Workspace.
  • Basic video editing skills (Camtasia, Adobe, or similar).

    Location

    This role can be remote, hybrid, or in-office, preferably in the UK. Other locations in Europe are considered. The team is near Paris and Leeds; the manager is based in Colorado, USA.
