The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations. This role is initially an 18 Month Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave in our team.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:
- Architect Go-to-Market Excellence: Develop and execute comprehensive product launch plans that establish, enhance, and differentiate our solutions in a competitive global landscape.
- Champion the Customer Journey: Conduct deep-dive research and onsite visits to capture the "voice of the customer," translating their needs into actionable feedback for product prioritization.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Influence product pricing, packaging, and messaging while managing complex SKU frameworks through sophisticated quantitative analysis.
- Empower Global Sales Teams: Collaborate across functions to create high-impact sales enablement materials and training courses that turn technical features into compelling value propositions.
- Master Market Intelligence: Research and document emerging industry trends and competitive intelligence to keep Trimble at the forefront of the AECO industry.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven Marketing Impact: Solid track record in product marketing, with experience successfully launching and scaling products in a B2B environment.
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Excellence in market segmentation, positioning, and translating complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Exceptional Communicator: Natural ability to present to groups and collaborate across global departments, from sales leadership to engineering.
- Research Driven: Strong capabilities to identify new market opportunities through data and customer interviews.
- Educational Foundation: BS/BA degree required, preferably in Marketing or Business.
Bonus Points For:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, specifically building reports and dashboards.
- Previous experience within the Construction Technology or AECO industry.
- Familiarity with managing complex pricing frameworks and SKU optimization.
