  • Strategically design and deploy engaging, best-in-class learning experiences (classroom, blended, and digital) tailored to evolving business needs.
  • Champion the use of cutting-edge digital learning tools and AI applications, such as adaptive learning and personalized pathways, to drive innovation.
  • Facilitate global programs at a local level, skillfully connecting content to real-world situations while navigating diverse cultural differences.
  • Collaborate as a consultative partner with business leaders and PX teams to assess capability gaps and propose high-impact solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and model a learning culture characterized by curiosity and continuous upskilling.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven expertise in advanced instructional design and dynamic facilitation across multiple formats.
  • Strong program management skills with a track record of owning projects from intake to evaluation.
  • Applied digital and AI literacy with the ability to pilot new learning technologies and analyze data dashboards.
  • Exceptional communication and consultative skills to effectively engage and influence global stakeholders.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with ecosystem thinking or internal consulting within a global corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with Trimble’s Leadership Capabilities Framework or similar high-performance culture models.

Logistics: Location: Newcastle or Leeds, UK (In-Office). Travel Requirement: Up to 20% to Trimble sites.
