Trimble is looking for a proactive partner marketing professional to drive regional growth across Western Europe by collaborating with senior leaders and strategic partners to ensure our AECO software brands achieve unparalleled success on a global scale. You will work at the intersection of global strategy and regional execution, empowering our resellers and distributors to reach new heights.

In this role, you will be the strategic bridge between global marketing vision and regional execution, directly influencing the growth of our AECO software brands across Western Europe. You will have the unique opportunity to act as a marketing mentor and consultant for our partner network, owning the regional MDF program and driving the pipeline growth that shapes our market success.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
- Spearhead Partner Growth: Collaborate with resellers and distributors to develop and drive high-impact Annual Marketing Plans aligned with global business goals.
- Own the Regional MDF Program: Manage the full lifecycle of the Market Development Funds, from strategic planning and approvals to ROI reporting and budget optimization.
- Launch Integrated Campaigns: Implement through-partner marketing strategies that localize global content to resonate with regional audiences and drive demand.
- Consult and Educate: Serve as a subject matter expert by teaching marketing best practices to partners and internal teams to enhance overall effectiveness.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Partner Marketing Expert: Proven experience in B2B through-partner marketing and managing lifecycle marketing tactics.
- Strategic Collaborator: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with sales teams and remote stakeholders across multiple cultures and time zones.
- Analytical Mindset: Skilled in interpreting lead and pipeline performance metrics to identify growth trends.
- Communication Pro: Native or C2 proficiency in English with the ability to present complex marketing strategies clearly.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Fluency in French, German, or another Western European language.
- Previous experience working specifically with distributors.
- Knowledge of Impartner is also a plus.
Logistics:
- Location: United Kingdom or France - in office 4 Days per week on average
- Travel Requirement: Approximately 10-20% (estimated for partner reviews and events)
