Lead the Future of Construction Excellence as our next EMEA Director of Customer Success (AECO)! Are you a visionary leader ready to architect the post-sales journey for the world’s most innovative construction technology platform? Trimble is looking for a high-impact Director to lead our EMEA Customer Success organization, ensuring our partners achieve deep operational integration and maximum value from our digital solutions! In this strategic role, you will lead a high-performing department dedicated to ensuring our construction customers thrive while driving the roadmap for our global Customer Success strategy.

In this role, you will be the architect of the customer journey across the EMEA region, directly influencing the operational success of global construction leaders and shaping the future of how the industry adopts digital innovation.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and execution of the long-term vision for the CS department while mentoring a team of managers to foster a culture of high accountability and technical expertise.
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for high-value strategic accounts, collaborating directly with client C-Suites to resolve complex roadblocks and solidify long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the strategic Voice of the Field to Product and Engineering leadership, synthesizing market trends and usage data to influence the future product roadmap.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to transform the Customer Success team into a sophisticated engine for expansion through value-based Executive Business Reviews.
  • Oversee the optimization of the regional tech stack and health-scoring logic to proactively manage retention and drive sustained year-over-year growth.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • You have 5-8+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role managing managers within a SaaS environment.
  • You possess deep financial and operational mastery of core SaaS metrics, including NRR, GRR, and Expansion Revenue, with the ability to tell a story through data.
  • You demonstrate exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to command a room of C-suite stakeholders or project managers.
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Bonus Points For:

  • Direct experience in the Construction or Engineering industry.
  • MBA or advanced certification such as a PMP.
  • Professional proficiency in additional European languages.
  • Experience implementing or migrating CS Platforms like Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Totango.

Logistics:

Location: Leeds, London, Milton Keynes, Newcastle or United Kingdom - Remote & Raunheim & Bonn - Germany. Travel Requirement: 25%.
