Channel Sales and Revenue Director, AECO. Architect, evolve, and execute the global partner go-to-market strategy across Trimble's AECO division to drive predictable net-new software bookings, modernize our indirect distribution model, and power robust recurring revenue growth.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Architect and scale global ecosystem programs and competitive rebate structures that accelerate net-new SaaS bookings and open untapped market segments.
  • Modernize the global partner framework, designing world-class enablement, certification, and deal registration programs to boost partner profitability.
  • Spearhead strategic Market Development Funds (MDF) allocation to ensure maximum marketing ROI and direct alignment with core growth initiatives.
  • Evolve two-tier distribution models while actively recruiting next-generation AECO partners, including cloud-native integrators, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) consultants.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to elevate customer success practices, optimizing auto-renewals and driving industry-leading retention rates.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of 12+ years in progressive Business-to-Business SaaS channel leadership, channel operations, or partner strategy within AECO, CAD/BIM, or enterprise software spaces.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and scaling global partner ecosystems generating $100M+ in indirect revenue across multi-tier models.
  • Deep commercial acumen regarding SaaS unit economics (ARR, NRR, LTV, CAC) and subscription/consumption pricing frameworks.
  • Expert capability in using CRM and PRM data analytics to optimize pipeline conversion and deal progression.
  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority across matrixed global teams.

  • Experience successfully restructuring global partner programs and deal registration engines.
  • Familiarity leading global channel operations across AMER, EMEA, and APAC markets.
