Reporting to VP; Europe Sales, the Regional Sales Manager’s primary goals are to win new enterprise customers and maintain relationships with existing Maps customer base and maintain a strong relationship and grow the business within several existing medium and large customers. The successful candidate will establish and implement a new business and account management program that will include a combination of sales, operational account management, and data gathering activity.
Key Responsibilities & Core Functions:
- New Business: Drive Strategic Growth: acquire Medium and Large-sized Businesses across the UK market to expand our global network
- Master the Sales Lifecycle: Own the entire process from lead generation to closing to ensure high deal velocity
- Lead High-Stakes Negotiations: Orchestrate complex, price-to-value negotiations to hit ambitious ARR targets and protect contract value
- Account Management: Drive Strategic Success: Foster long-term growth through high-level business value conversations and proactive customer adoption planning
- Champion Account Health: Execute comprehensive reviews to assess system utilization, identify value opportunities, and mitigate churn threats
- Expand Portfolio Footprint: Spearhead up-sell and cross-sell initiatives by identifying "white space" and deploying thorough account plans across the wider Trimble organization
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Subject Matter Experts and product teams to translate customer needs into tangible product improvements and industry trends
Required Skills & Experience:
- B2B Sales Expertise: 4+ years of proven success selling complex B2B solutions within SaaS, Logistics industries or Mapping & Routing
- Strategic Hunting Mindset: demonstrated drive and motivation for net new business acquisition
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with various departments, simultaneously to ensure customer requests are being met
- Excellent Oral and Written Communications skills
- Full clean driving license in your country of work (UK/EU, US etc.)
