Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the EMEA demand generation strategy to drive predictable pipeline growth across enterprise software markets
- Integrate AI workflows, predictive account scoring, and hyper-personalized content into daily campaigns
- Inspire, coach, and scale a high-performing regional marketing leadership team
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure seamless lead-to-opportunity management and maximize ROI
- Manage regional demand budgets, compliance, and full-funnel performance metrics using predictive analytics
Key requirements
- 10+ years in B2B demand generation or revenue marketing leadership in SaaS or enterprise software
- 5+ years hiring, coaching, and leading cross-regional marketing teams in EMEA
- Proven experience applying AI across campaign lifecycle, personalization, and pipeline velocity
- Deep technical command of Salesforce, 6Sense, and predictive analytics platforms
