Overview
As a Client Services Administrator at Trimble, you will coordinate and optimise software training for clients while supporting internal teams. You’ll ensure smooth scheduling, handle ad hoc client queries, and share insights with the right departments to sustain high-quality service. This role sits within the Client Service team and focuses on effective training delivery and issue escalation. You’ll work closely with support, training, and sales, contributing to ongoing customer satisfaction and adoption of Trimble solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and consult on client training sessions
- Document training outcomes, monitor success, facilitate transfer, and collect feedback
- Advise clients on the most suitable training solutions
- Respond to training inquiries by phone or email
- Record all customer communication in Salesforce
- Meet training session timeframe deliverables
- Update the status of training records with the Client Service Team
- Escalate and communicate customer issues to relevant internal teams
Key requirements
- 2+ years in a fast-paced administrative role
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple training calendars
- Confident demeanor and enjoyment in customer contact
- Excellent time management and goal-orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Travel: 5%
