What Makes This Role Great: As one of our Account Managers you will be responsible for managing circa 150-175 mid market Viewpoint and ProjectSight accounts, identifying upsell (including GAR, Project and Named User Licence) and cross sell opportunities for increased ARR within a base of Main Contractors, Sub Contractors, House Builders, Client/Owners, Project Management Consultants.
- Drive profitable revenue and achieve monthly and annual (ARR) bookings objectives
- Execute strong account management and sales practices:
- Deal management
- Growing and nurture pipeline including upsell and cross sell opportunities
- Accurate and complete weekly forecasting
- Regular QBR with customers alongside customer success team to drive increased revenue for Trimble and value to our customers
- Closing business in a timely manner
- Coordination with functions such as Marketing, Dealdesk, Product Management, Customer Success and Support
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of managing accounts in a SaaS environment
- Proven ability in managing fast turnaround sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of consistent successful revenue attainment and closing small to large deals
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced selling capability that showcases your commitment to customer relations, negotiation and ability to close
